Are you digging the whole 70's thing? I am not:P Sawyer said "she ain't coming back" Was their plan just to hang out in 1977? Play house with Juliet? That is NOT possible. We know that Ben wipes out the Dharma group. I mean, how can Juliet stay on the island in 1977 until she meets herself, when she shows up on the sub years later? It makes no sense.
Why are we even bringing in new characters from the Dharma group? New rules LOST writers...no more new characters. All of these Dharma folks get whacked by Ben. I will not pay attention to them.
Who the heck is the baby that Juliet delivered? I am racking my brain on that one. The baby was born in '77 which means the character would have to be 30ish years old. It can't be Daniel (his mother is the way older crazy white haired lady Elenore) I am sitting here racking my brain...and I'm not coming up with anything. Thoughts?
Let me get this straight. Richard and his folks are just on the island people. Somewhere along the way, their path and Ben's cross. Ben got taken to the island when he was a boy, grows up, hooks up with Richard, and kills the Dharma group. That's the deal, right? If so, again I ask myself, why do I care about the Dharma folks. Dharma people=toast.
While it was so good to finally hear Sawyer get in some one liners, I think this week was again, kinda lame. Where is Desmond? Bring on some Desmond brotha.
What did I miss...gimmie something? Oh, and I am so p*ssed that I have to wait 2 weeks for the next episode! Way. To. P*ss. Me. Off!

Meh. I'm over Lost. Loved it once, but they're now too silly for words. I like to relax when I watch telly - not wrack my brains. But that's just me!
ReplyDeleteI leave more confused each time than when I started. I'm almost losing interest at this point. What are they doing???
ReplyDeleteI'm glad to haer it's not just me who is getting confused beyond the point of enjoyment. I was thinking the SAME exact things as you - who could the baby be?
ReplyDeleteAnd EXACTLY! Aren't they, at some point, going to come into contact with themselves??? Except when Daniel said that Charlotte disappeared, I thought he was just saying that because she died, but maybe not, since the child-version of herself is also on the island? And when Sawyer talks Juliet out of leaving the 1974 island, asking her what she'll go back to? What would happen if she DID go back? I don't get how that would work!
Also, Sawyer and Juliet as a couple? Totally does not work for me. I have long hated Juliet and that sneaky, smirky half-smile of hers - even when she was just after Jack. But hooking up with my Sawyer? Final straw!!!
A-freakin-men on the new characters thing. There are already way too many people on that island; adding more is a form of punishment that only the Lost writers can dole out.
ReplyDeleteUgh.
okay I had to come here first thing to see what you thought - MY FIRST WORDS TO HUBBIE- WHY ARE THEIR NEW CHARACTERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm not happy with this twist either - b/c that is all it is - one more twist to aggravate me!!!
I thought perhaps the baby was John - and he somehow was moved back to main land or then it could be whitmore??
That baby is soooooo totally BEN! Aren't they supposed to be wrapping this whole thing up instead of leaving us confused again??
ReplyDeleteBaby can't be Ben. Remember, Ben's mother died giving birth to him which is why he and his father didn't get along. the whole 3 years forward 3 years back confused me. It doesn't take much. Maybe they need to print up some Cliffnotes for this show cause I'm seriously LOST!
ReplyDeleteI think the baby that Amy gave birth to is Ben? Just my thought we'll see.
ReplyDeleteOh yeah and they never said if the mom lived? And Juliette would be wiped out with the rest of the Dharma people before she comes to the island so she really wouldn't be meeting herself right?
ReplyDeleteOkay, I love love love Sawyer and Juliet as a couple. I love how they are all settled down and stuff--and I love it because I know it can't last. I am SO sick of whiny little Kate--it was nice to see Saw-Liet so happy! Okay, Sawyer TOTALLY knows who Amy (the mom who gives birth) is--did you notice how shocked he was when he removed her hood?!. Could it be HIS mother? Surely not, but interesting all the same. Two weeks is too long!

ReplyDeleteAmen! I don't get this AT ALL but it's driving me batty.
