Believe It!

Do you know what this is? This is my 25 lb bird in my oven! I got the darn thing to work...yay! I think it's my ovens swan song. You know, wanted to end on a high note. Seriously, I 'bout hit the floor when it turned on. I finally got my Thanksgiving dinner...two days late, and it was yummy:P
Other than that, I have been buried in illustrating all weekend. I am so behind on everyone's blogs...and the guilt is killing me! Here's a quick look at one of the projects I finished over the weekend...Isn't she a cutie?!? I illustrated this for Spoiled Mommy, and I was so happy with the turnout:) I'm feeling better...the bird has been cooked...I'm just about up on my project work...Now, I'm off to catch up on everyone (it may take a day or two)...

  19. Good job kiddo! Glad your oven finally worked. The turkey looks great.
I wonder if the oven controller is really bad or if a connector is not making a good connection. Usually when a solid state device (such as the controller) fails it is a permanent failure and it will not work again. Since yours is intermittent it could be just a bad connection and not the entire controller.
Of course it's easier for the serviceman to replace it instead of trying to find an intermittent bad connection.
