It's the End of the World as We Know It....

Is it me, or does it seem like we are living out the movie The Day After Tomorrow? We had some crazy weather yesterday....scary crazy! The Babes and I went out in the beautiful sunny day and did stroller boot camp like every other Thurs. We came home, had lunch, and went down for naps...routine...Right about here is where it started to get darker...
and darker......
Then holy Hell rained down on us! It was like God was pissed or something! Lightning flew out of the sky as if it was aiming at the guilty, or the meek....making me extremely glad the babes and I were inside!
The reign of terror lasted about 45 min. When all was said and done, we had an appointment that we couldn't miss so we went out. Everywhere we looked, we could see uprooted trees that had landed on cars...or bus stops...or just thrashed around the park. It truly was frightening, and amazing...I have never seen anything like it. (It might be time for everyone to think about reducing their carbon footprint...)
