Costco Parking Lot Melt Down
Don't even ask me, what made me think there was such a thing as a "quick trip into Costco". I said to Husband..."You run in, and I'll sit in the car with the kiddos."
Yeah, bad idea.
Little Man proceeded to melt down all. over. the. car:(
I sang songs, I played music, I took pictures...finally, it was time for fun with the phone video camera...
Isn't Little Man's final shot priceless? Such a little crabcake...tee hee.
Oh, and Miss Peach claims she made that song up. Has anyone ever heard the song? Did my little Peach actually make that song up??? Brilliant I tell you!

Oh, My Blair Witchian Nightmare
Dad piled us kiddos into the car and hauled our excited little munchkin minds to see the scariest movie ever...Halloween:O I swear to you right here and now, I watched that entire show through my sweater, which was pulled up over my eyes. SO. SCARED!
Toss in a couple more Halloween's, a few Friday the 13th's, a Nightmare on Elm Street...add a dash of Texas Chainsaw Massacre and blend with just a pinch of Blair Witch Project...and you get a full fledged fear of the dark:O Yes my friends, I am just a wee bit scared of the dark.
Husband likes to get out of The Big City every once in a while. We stay at a house on the beach in Michigan. There are about 40 steep, narrow, concrete stairs through the woods to the beach. During the day...it's just a long walk to the beach...At night, it's my Blair Witchian Nightmare!
It took me three nights to work up the nerve to walk to the bottom of the stairs...but I did it...Doesn't everyone make a horror movie on vacation?;)

OK, I have never mentioned it, but The Bro is in TV. He is a big time editor...So big time, that McDonald's is sending him to the Beijing Olympics (Story for another day)!
I'm not sure if I have mentioned this, but I am a bit of a Colbert Report fan. Combine Colbert Report with access to really awesome video editing equipment (plus a rainy day), and what do you get? My submission to the Green Screen Challenge! What's the Green Screen Challenge, you ask? Stephen Colbert picks the topic (in this case...Make McCain exciting/sexy.) and provides you with the subject behind a green screen. Then you (I) go away and make something funny, and in my case AWESOME! Here it is...enjoy (and look for it on the Colbert Report, you better show it Stephen, or feel the wrath of Mommy bloggers everywhere!:)
