Race cars are cool, there's just no getting around it. I remember when I was a little kid, my dad would take us to the Indy time trials and it was just, THE coolest thing.
I was absolutely thrilled to be invited to meet Matt Kenseth at the Citizen Press Luncheon at Chicago’s Sports Museum/Harry Caray’s.
Two time Daytona 500 Champion and Citizen Brand Ambassador was on hand to discuss his upcoming race at Chicagoland Speedway on September 20, and to present a donation from Citizen watch to the 100 Club Chicago.
I even got a close up of Matt in the race simulator. SO cool!
Even though I am NOTORIOUSLY bad at racing games...I gotta tell you, I'd jump in this in a heartbeat. It looked fun!
Citizen has just launched the Satellite Wave World-Time GPS. It is a GORGEOUS watch that features a GPS timekeeping system with worldwide
reception area, world time in 27 cities (40 time zones), perpetual
calendar, daylight savings time indicator, power reserve and light level
power indicators, day and date.
Are you ready for the best part? I get to give away a Citizen Ecosphere watch to one of my readers!
Drop your name in the comments and tell me if you'll be watching Matt in the first race of the Chase for the Sprint Cup and the NASCAR Xfinity Series race at 3 p.m. ET, Sunday, Sept. 20. I'll pick a winner randomly at 5pm Chicago time on Monday. Good luck...and GO MATT!

ReplyDeleteReally like watching NASCAR races and definitely enjoyed watching Chase for the Sprint Cup. I was thinking a GPS timekeeping system on a watch would be fabulous.
