Seeing Chicago By (Shoreline Sightseeing) Boat...A MUST Do!

It's no secret I love Chicago. I could walk downtown every day and just look at the buildings. My favorite part of getting my second design degree was all the Chicago architecture we studied.

If you were to only have one day in my fabulous city, and you were to ask me what you should do...I would tell you to get yourself on a Shorline Sightseeing Boat. There is no better way to take in the sights. So many buildings...so little time!

There are many different tours you can choose from. I did the Architectural tour along the river, starting right at Michigan Avenue. I gotta say, I am SO tempted by the Fireworks tours. How fun would that be?!

I love this town, and I'm so happy summer is finally here. What do you love to do in Chicago?

*While I was offered this tour, I was not compensated in any way, and was not required to write this post. I enjoyed my tour so much, I simply had to share ;)

  1. I grew up in the Chicagoland area and worked in the city. in your first photo it shows the Sun Times bridge up and next to that the Kinzie St. bridge. I used to cross it every day from the old train station to a building right next to the Apparel Mart. Thanks for showing it!! I miss my sweet home Chicago! Wonderful people and gorgeous architecture and parks.
