Throwback Thursday #NetflixKids Style

I am a member of the Netflix Stream Team. I received a welcome kit which includes a year’s subscription to Netflix. Opinions expressed are my own.

My nephew James came to visit. The kiddos love having cousin James around, although I believe they drive him crazy.

What made me chuckle is that he is obsessed...well, maybe obsessed is a strong word...he is very much enjoying One Tree Hill binging on Netflix.
This show, makes me feel old. I've never been a One Tree Hill watcher, and my kiddos are certainly too young for it. SO...I had to go and show my age by making us watch the REAL high school throwback...
Oh yes I did bust out the Saved by the Bell! Oh. Yes. I. Did!

Yes, I am one hundred years old. Yes, I horrified my nephew.

I'll even do you one better. This week, my best friend from high school texted this old photo he found of us...
Oh, my Eighties American Gothic nightmare Batman! What is this picture?! What is going on with my bangs?! I am utterly speechless...

The good folks at Netflix have given me a free three month subscription to one lucky commentor. Yay Netflix!

SO...in the comments, tell me what is your TV guilty pleasure? Saved by the Bell...One Tree Hill...(BTW Mom...they have original Star Trek, just sayin')

GO!

What is your Throwback Thursday TV guilty pleasure?

  1. One tree hill was totally what saved me from being in my house over the winter break upon being snowed in to the point of death upon leaving with Chuckie next to me watching lol. Um I'm totally watching mean girls on it since today is the ten year anniversary of when it came out. I have also rewatched Charmed because it's on there. Lol. So I also would say my guilty pleasures would be Pocahontas and Mulan. But I have to wonder do they not have the Little Mermaid and Beauty and the Beast but they have Hercules and Hunchback of Notre dame...:(

  6. I have no guilt anymore lol ... I decided that in my new living circumstances.. anything I want is fine.
But ... my husband found this website where we could watch anything .. any thing. So every night when the kitten and I are ready for snuggling in to watch something, I just find a show and the two of us watch tv and nod off together. I have been enjoying watching British talk shows lately. Refreshing ..

  7. LOVE Orange is the New Black. Second Season... coming in June. Can.Not.Wait.

In the time I've had Netflix, I've "marathoned" through so many shows. 30 Rock, The Office, Grey's Anatomy, Private Practice, Scandal... (I'm sure there's more, I just can't think of them right now.) :)
