Want vs Need

I know these boots are solidly in the want column. Doesn't make me want them any less...but I know I don't need them. Still want them though. I'm thinking if I put them on my blog...then I may want them less. Let's see if that works...

    is it working? Im guessing not. I want tall boots so badly- but every pair I put on is way too wide for my skinny legs and they look ridiculous. :(
