That's what you get when you have the shortest school day in the nation, and the powers that be have cut out recess to make up for how little time they actually get in the classroom.
When I pick up the kiddos, they need to run. SO...I give them a good two hours at the playground.
Today, The Little Man wanted me to dig his lunchbox out so he could graze over what was left. I opened his backpack, and pulled out this...
"Mommy, you weren't supposed to see that:("
So I told him he could give it to me on Mother's Day, and I would pretend I hadn't seen it.
Surprisingly...this worked...and all was right with the world:)
