Oh yes my friends, I have moved to the dark side. I've gone Mac and I'm not lookin' back! So, here is the newest addition to the NW Designs team...I call him Lil' Mac:) I just got him today (already loaded Photoshop) so I just started digging in. Let me say, he is a powerful little guy, I love him, I think I will take him to bed:)On the LOST front...I thought it was a lame one this week, what did you think? I have one theory. I think Ben's contact on the boat is Michael (Walt's Michael). Think about it...it makes sense. Who else is Locke going to know that would be Ben's contact. Really, there is no way that Walt and Michael just went home a couple seasons ago. I don't like Juliet fwiw, stay away Jack. I just don't like entire episodes being devoted to her...plllltttt! What did you guys think, did I miss anything?

ReplyDeleteI just got a new desktop, mine was 5 years old. Wow, what a world of a difference. I loaded Photoshop and was amazed at how much faster that puppy works!
I really would LOVE one of those laptops, but the price is just out of our league...maybe someday...

Lost. I missed the first 15 minutes, so I was a little lost myself. It could be Michael on the boat. Or Charlie. Or with the whole time travel thing, it could be anyone. What I want to know is why hasn't anyone finished the job with Ben yet. Juliet creeps me out a little too. I WANT to like her, but there's just something untrustworthy.

ReplyDeleteAs for Lost, I can't stand Juliet either. Yeah, she is Ben's...good for her. That doesn't explain why he sent her to go and spy either. I totally agree that Michael is the contact but then I wonder about Walt. And why did no one question why the evil eye chick (Goodwin's wife) just disappeared in the woods after talking to Jack and juliet??? Oh, the questions keep building.

ReplyDeleteI don't trust Juliet as far as I could throw her and I'd love to throw her off the cliff. That was mean wasn't it. I just finished watching season one and two so have been catching up. Love Jack. If I were 20 years younger, 40 pounds lighter and good looking I'd go after him! hahaha! I've thrown over McDreamy for Jack!

My newest lost thought is, remember in the first season when Claire was pg and the fortune teller guy told her she had to be the one to raise her baby? Now it seems that Kate is raising the baby in the future, is that the thing he foresaw as being bad?

I thought the Lost episode was okay, but I'm finding that they're moving it along SO SLOWLY. In England the channel that broadcasts the show keeps saying 'The answers are coming' but honestly, none are brought to light! I mean, what happened to the weird smog thing and the polar bears? Am I missing something?

I agree on the Michael front.
I'm pretty certain Michael is Ben's contact. He's scheduled to be on an upcoming episode. Juliet? Bah! And all of these extra boat people? I could care less about them.

I got a new laptop at Christmas-time. I wanted a Mac, but couldn't afford it... then when a family member decided to get me the laptop as a gift, I really didn't feel I could ask for a Mac *grin* I LOVE my Toshiba Satellite with 17" Hi-Def screen though - Seriously... It's a love affair ;-) (Yes, I take mine to bed everynight hehe).
ReplyDeleteHmmmm, maybe I can convince Hubs that since we didn't have to pay for the laptop, he should quit telling me that we can't afford my camera ;-)
I've got to learn more about PhotoShop... we have CS, but Hubs is more knowledgable about it than I, because I haven't taken the time to work with it.
