Just an Observation.

I have been thinking something for a long time now. Then Ali casually mentioned it today in her post, and I'm like "oh, it's not just me". Now let me start by saying...I am a huge U2 fan. I can not count the number of times I have seen this band. I spent the better part of the 80's and 90's drooling over Bono. My love for him is eternal. I am all for him becoming...Pope, Nobel Prize winner, Czar, King, President, whatever! The one thing I will not stand for him becoming, is Robin Williams!!! What is up with this!?! When did this happen!?! How did Bono turn into Robin Williams? Can someone please explain this to me? I will be here waiting for an explanation...In the meantime, I will take my Bono in the 80's with a mullet, thank you very much!

    Oh how funny! I've always been a Bono fan too....but he's looking a little like Mork these days!
    Also, come back and find the hidden baby. Look for a BIG baby with toes in the main tree trunk, and then the outline of the face in the thin branches hanging down.

    Aye, I've been wondering at the resemblance for a long time now - and you've hit the nail right on the head.

    I just hope the Mork and Mindy fans don't have a Bono to pick with you!!! (Sorry, I couldn't resist that)

    Delighted you liked my cathedral spire picture. In reply to your generous comment - you don't need more practice. Believe me, all you need to do is carry a little camera with you wherever you go. It's amazing how many unusual sights you'll see and how many times you stop to photograph a familiar sight from a different angle.

    Try it one day - and let me know what you think.

    I only took up photography two years ago, when my wife (the love of my life) told me I'd be really good at it.....

    That never occurred to me, but Bono has taken on the physical characteristics of Robin Williams. Maybe Robin really is Mork and this is all part of an alien conspiracy. If Bono ever is seen wearing a red uniform with a silver emblem and says the words "Nano nano", it's time to run for the hills.
