Best Urban Double Stroller! (not an ad)

Let me start by saying that I am not being paid to write this (not that there is anything wrong with being paid, I wish I was being paid). I get so many comments on this stroller that I decided to share it with you. It is the single best baby product I have bought! We are city dwellers. The side by side doubles are to big to go anywhere other than the park. I take the kids to the market in this, the drug store, the doctor, even clothes shopping. It fits everywhere! When Kate was a baby, we bought the Bugaboo. I loved my Bugaboo stroller, they don't make a two man (sad). So I set out to find the best two man, and this is it! The Phil & Ted is only two inches longer than the Bugaboo, and at 18 pounds, it is only a couple pounds heavier. The double wide Mountain Buggy weighs about 40 pounds! I do know that this stroller breaks down, but I never do it, I just toss the whole thing in the back of the SUV if I drive (which is rare). They do not advertise this as a "jogging stroller" but I do run a few times a week with it (only about 4 mile runs). If I were going to do any serious miles, I probably would break down and buy a real jogging stroller. For shorter distances, this stroller is fine. If you are like me, you might be thinking "the little guy in back gets the shaft as far as the view goes." Up to now, Little Henry prefers to ride in the back, so far so good. There is also a newborn configuration with this so that the new baby can lay flat. Henry loved the stroller when he was tiny, he slept everywhere we went! If you buy this stroller, know that it is a single stroller with the "doubles kit". We bought all the the attachments that you could....(storm covers, messenger bags, drink holders...). I believe with all the bells and whistles, we paid around $600. I know that is expensive, but I literally use it every day (it was cheaper than the Bugaboo). Google Phil & Ted's E3 stroller with doubles kit. Settle for nothing less than free shipping. There are many colors.... So find whoever has the best deal and go for it, you won't regret it. I never did!
