Is Anybody Out There
I'm one of those moms who bundles up as many layers as she can (because I'm always cold) and takes the kiddos out on the snowiest, coldest days. Today, we were one of maybe three people out in the city. I love days where I feel like I'm the only one who lives here. It was so worth braving the cold:)Got Snow
Well, we finally got snow in Chicago!
The kiddos woke up, looked out the window, and BEGGED us to let them go outside and play on the patio. "Pahleeze, Mommy Pahleeze can we, can we, can we???"
"Mommy, do I have to go to school today?""Yes Miss Peach, you have to go to school today."
I think The Little Man could have spent the entire day shoveling snow with his little John Deere tractor. (Which could turn out to be a good thing given the Chicago budget, they might need him:P)
