Coffee-n-Cream Popscicles!

I'm not going to lie...it's hot. I'm a winter runner, and I'll be the first to admit it. Running in the heat, it gets to me. While I love my one cup of coffee in the morning, some days after a long run, I just can't do it. BUT...I've got these Popsicle molds...

Where's the harm in trying coffee Popsicles?

Oh. My. Yum! That just hits the spot, and it could not be easier to make. It's easy peasy, all you need is heavy cream, your favorite coffee and sugar to taste. Mix a little sugar in with cream and pour into bottom of Popsicle molds and freeze. Mix cream, 3 cups of coffee and sugar to taste. Let cool. Pour coffee cream mixture into molds and freeze overnight. Bam...Coffee-n-Cream Popsicles!
