Miss Peach is into fashion. Somewhere along the line, she added fragrance to the line up...

"Mommy, why do fashion designers have their own perfume?"

"Because they make lots of money with it."

"What is Coco Chanel's perfume?"

"Well, I believe Chanel has many perfumes, their signature fragrance is Chanel No. 5."

"Mommy, how do they make perfume?"

Off we went to Aromatherapy Workshop. This is a little store in Lincoln Park that I used to go to when I was a single girl and had nothing but time and money to spend on myself. (Needless to say, I have not been in this all glass store since kiddos.)

We stepped up to the bar, and started smelling oils...

Miss Peach was very serious about getting the right mix of fragrances for her signature perfume...

We smelled...

and smelled...

and smelled...

In the end, we settled on a  mix of Lilac, Strawberry, Pear...and one other scent that for the life of me, I can't remember.

The nice lady behind the counter mixed it all up in a roller ball perfume bottle, and we named it Sassy...

Now my whole house smells pretty. darn. Sassy!
