Head Over Heels

The CDC published the results of a study, in which it found that more than 86,000 people are injured each year in falls after tripping over their pets.

One would think that 20lbs of cat would be easy to miss...and yet...I am always tripping over Mr. Joe. I think he's out to get me...

  4. That is a HUGE cat. My mom gave herself a broken nose and 2 black eyes falling over my brother's dog.

  5. Now that is a big cat. Sorry that I am stating the obvious. We had 2 fat cats like that in South Africa- not mine but I lived in the owners house so we were "friends." I wonder how those big cats are doing.

    Last year my MIL got hurt pretty bad tripping over one of their dogs. The fattest one!

  11. I have a different theory on this. We don't actually trip over them, they are engaging in a worldwide conspiracy in 'human tipping' ~ much like cow tipping.

  13. I have a solution to that problem--just get a dog. Then you'll get to trip over the dog instead of the cat. See, easy!

  17. He is IMPRESSIVE! ;)

    Our 75-pound-dog likes to get right under my feet. It's endearing until you nearly kill yourself tripping over him for the 999th time.
