Paralyzed in the City

I. AM. BUMMING. Do you see this....This is my fabulous Phil & Ted's Urban Double Stroller. Do you see how bent the front wheel is (don't mind the filthy floor in the front hall, we've had TONS of snow) Back to the wheel...the frame on this bad boy is steel. What the heck happened to my stroller to bend steel?!?

I use my stroller every day. Now, I can barely push it. I have scoured the internet looking for someone who sells parts for the E3. I can't find anyone. Devastated isn't even the word for how I feel:(

Oh please Phil & Ted's folks...tell me how I can buy a new front wheel for my stroller. My tots and I are paralyzed in the city. Hear my plea...help...anyone...In the meantime, here we are in happier stroller times...and happier weather...

  4. Well, my first guess would be that someone backed over it with the minivan, then covertly placed it in the garage, as to appear undisturbed, so that when I, er, you went to use it again, you would be infuriated and mystified by what could have possibly happened to it, just sitting there in the garage like that, then you go and buy a new one. Oh, wait, that was MY double stroller.

Seriously, that stinks. Hope you get the part you need! Anything is possible on the internet! :)

  15. The Regal Lager site is the way to go.. Find the 800 number and give them a call. I had one of my rear wheels bend somehow and called them up. They had great customer service and had my part to me within a week!

They are the best darn stroller around!

Did you call Regal Lager? They make Phil and Teds and have sent us many a replacement part for free. Apparently, we kick the ass out of ours as well.
