Chillin' at the Pool

Well...I did it. I went to Tarjay and bought the kiddo pool *children rejoicing*! Now, between rainstorms, the kiddos rush outside to sit in the pool. Miss Peach is beside herself...The Little Man is a bit more cautious about the whole idea. Something tells me this thing will be well worth the $9.99 I spent on it!

On the running front...I ran 8 miles on Sunday morning. Five miles normal pace, followed by one mile fast, one mile normal, one mile fast:o Doing four miles easy tomorrow morning, followed by five miles worth of fast slow on Wed. morning. Yeah, I'm tired just writing it...What have you been up to?

I haven't run since last Tuesday due to a migraine and some flooded basement issues. Ugh. I am planning on going today. Hopefully.
