Fuller House Coming Soon AND Gilmore Girls! #StreamTeam

ANY show I can sit and enjoy with my kids...I'm in for! ALL IN! I feel like these days, those are few and far between.
Cut to Netflix bringing back the crew from Full House to be Fuller House, and I am psyched! You can catch all episodes February 26. NOW, DJ, Stephanie and Kimmy are all grown up, and raising three boys.

They say you can't go home again, but this really feels like coming home again. We all grew up watching Full House and having all the characters come back (minus the Olsen twins) is SO fun. We get to catch up with our favorite characters, but then we get to watch them move forward, and that's what I love about it.

There are alot of other great family favorites that you can stream on Netflix, and I can NOT believe how excited I am for Gilmore Girls coming back. I don't know much, but what I do know is that it's HAPPENING!
Lauren Graham, Alexis Bledel, Scott Patterson and Kelly Bishop are all in. So are Sean Gunn and Keiko Agena. I have not heard whether or not Melissa McCarthy will be returning as Sookie, but a girl can dream #FingersCrossed!

I like to think of myself as subscribing to the Lorelai Gilmore handbook of parenting. What...a girl can dream of being as cool of a mom as her?! I particularly relate to, "I can be flexible, as long as everything is exactly as I want it, I'm totally flexible." or "I can't stop drinking the coffee, I stop drinking coffee, I stop doing the standing, and the walking, and the words-putting-into-sentences doing."

If you're a Gilmore Girls fan...what's your favorite quote?

If you haven't seen Gilmore Girls...then you have a treat waiting for you on Netflix. Start streaming it NOW!

The Future Is Here With Kia

One of my best friends just bought a new Kia. He's thrilled with it. Let me stop right here and say, "I AM in the market for a new car." When I was invited to attend the newly unveiled car line from Kia at The Chicago Auto Show, I was VERY excited!
During the panel, we were introduced to the never been seen before Kia Niro.
This is quite a marvelous hybrid. The goal with the Niro is to offer THE BEST combination of outstanding mpg (50),with a great driving experience without the stereotypes of other hybrids.
Niro is my idea of the perfect city car. It's compact enough to zip around, with a spacious sharp interior.
While I've never owned a hybrid, complaints I've heard is that they don't have much "pep" to them. The Kia Niro addresses these concerns with a very un-hybrid-like driving experience with quick acceleration and smooth power delivery.
It was a pleasure to be introduced to Kia's new Niro and I will take one for a spin when my new car search officially begins.

While at The Chicago Auto Show, I was also able to check out The Kia Telluride Concept Car.
The Telluride is a three row powerhouse of an SUV that my husband would want NOW.  It is sharp.
Check out the doors. They open in opposite directions! Very cool. While the Telluride boasts three rows and can seat seven people, it's does not seem huge from the outside. That's a plus in my city dweller book. It provides power to all four wheels and gets 30 mpg on the highway. It will be exciting to see if the Telluride goes into production. (Fingers crossed)

Be sure to check out the Kia Booth at The Chicago Auto Show in the North Hall. You'll want to use the hashtags #KiaCAS, #KiaNiro and #KiaTelluride and tell them what you think of the new line.

*While I was compensated to attend The Chicago Auto Show on behalf of Kia, all opinions are my own.
