Since when does not going to BlogHer make a gal a loser? I didn&#39;t go and I&#39;m loving it! I&#39;m hundreds of dollars richer. I&#39;m many hours closer to my family. I don&#39;t have extra piles of laundry to do. I don&#39;t have to catch up on the dishes. I didn&#39;t &quot;drink till he&#39;s cute&quot; or eat too-expensive, too-fattening foods. What I did do: Went to garage sales &amp; saved big $$$ on school clothes for the kids, went to a park &amp; fed ducks, geese, fish, &amp; turtles, played in the backyard, had &quot;alone time&quot; with my husband, went to church, and grocery shopped within my budget.
