What's even better is that all of the exercises can be done in the comfort of your own home. Even the power walk can be done in place with a bit of extra arm pumping. This would be perfect while watching your evening show or watching the kiddos in the play room. We're getting ready for a trip to my parent's home. 16 hours in the car! This is great for breaks while the kids play. I like to work out during the day too (in the house) ....and Cameron looks at me like I'm nuts. I jog at night with the dog, and I just do different things during the day like free weights, The Firm video, or just pushups and crunches. If anything, it at least makes me feel energized! I doubt I could do a pullup. Four pullups is really impressive!
